hello all new to the Y block field i have a 76 F100 i use as a daily driver, anyway i just got my 62 galaxie 500 the brakes are gone right now waiting on parts, its got a 292 in it that has been sitting for 20 years inside. car fired right up when i got it smoked alot like wow hahaha but i let it run everyday for about an hour or so smoke is pretty much gone. so i did my tune up changed the oil 10w30 with a bottle of zddp and a knn oil filter the fuel tank is plugged right now so i run it off a gas can replaced the wires air filter new breather cap new coil rotor button dist cap then i tried to changed the spark plugs i got one out with out to much of a fight the others will not budge sprayed pentrating oil on them let them sit then tried again i tried with the engine hot also i used a breaker bar on one working it back and forth i got it to turn just a little i'm afraid of snaping them off in the heads how do i get them out?? 

also i knew y blocks make more valve noise than lets say my 302 in the truck but this one makes alot cold hot doesnt really matter, and the left side of the motor (passenger side) makes way more noise than the other side is that normal do i need to pull the valve cover maybe a lash adjustment is needed?? it has been sitting for 20 years
