how does air in a brake system give you a hard pedel normally the pedel is spongey or soft when air is in the system go figure!w00t

I FIXED THEM they just needed to be bleed all the way around a few times there was air in the lines

on some applications the push rod is made to length this type has to be cut to give the proper clearance and the tip rounded to fit ,other type are threaded on the mastercylinder end you have to remove the master to see how mush clearance you needSmileshould fit with no pushing on the piston when installed  Hope THis helps  Shakey Pete

i looked under my dash today to look at the brake pedal and there is no way it can be adjusted there is a rod then its bolted to the pedal nothing in between nothing on either end so there is no way to adjust it

the pedal is pretty high up if the master was not working i think the little piston would be pushed in right and not coming coming in my case i think its not being pushed in

If you have fluid flowing the next thing would be the rod in the master cylinder isnt allowing the plunger inside to return to full open position. Or the master cylinder is bad.

iv bleed the brakes b4 and it always came out smoothly always comes out clean

Replace the rubber hose. I just installed disc brakes on my bird and Could not bleed the rear brakes. The rubber hose was the problem. They seem to block quickly . Disconnect the line going to the hose and have some one pump the pedal . Thats what I did to find the problem.
