Well we started school Wed. and just finished our first couple days. No work was completed on the T over summer as all the students were gone! Today we started on the headers (going to build some lakes style) found a piece of 3" exhaust tubing and split it down the middle. Took some hose clamps and started at the end tightening them down to get the taper we need to much our 1 3/4' coming out of the flanges. Things were going good till the radius started to get tighter and tube starting flattening and the clamps started slipping. Think we'll have to scrap that attempt. Think we'll try laying it out as a cone on some sheet metal and rolling it, see if that works for us. I'll get some pics up as soon as there is anything worth seeing, great to be back and look forward to sharing the progress with you guys!
