My 57 and up cap and my Accel provided rotor will not fit right. I have an ACCEL points eliminator kit (#2020). Installed everything according spec. (had to enlarge the grommet hole a little for the new grommet and made sure that the flat portion was up so that the cap would fit right) The rotor fits on the shaft and seems to look right. The cap pops onto the distributor and looks right to. However, the shaft will only rotate to the next electrode inside the cap and then stop. :w00to I need an ACCEL distributor cap to? Is there any fix for this without having to buy new parts, etc. etc.?
