hey guys, I have a question regaurding how deep is a car bellhousing????? when i say depth I am curious as to how deep from the bellhousing/motor flange to the transmission mouting flange and if you by chance have the depth for a truck bellhousing that would be great too.  The reason i ask is I have a truck with a 292 and a 4speed in it and i wanna put the heavier duty tko 500 in it just for reliability due to my heavy right foot, the fact that the tko is stronger than the t-5 and my understanding is that the tko input shaft is roughyl 1/4" longer than a t-5 and the tranny bolt pattern is different so, an adapter needs to be made and i need to figure out how thick the adapter needs to be.
