Hey Frank , Glad to hear your on the mend .Don't let Rob "butter" you up too much ,before Columbus ??? He was just saying to me the other day about all the "burnt out ,grey haired ,no good, has been,hillbilly drivers that come to Columbus ??? He said he could out drive,out smart & out witt, everyone of you " Yankee's " .It sure is a shame I can't make it this year .

Hey guys don't consider yourself old, you guys are just a bunch of "retired teenagers"! This winter I built a "bobsled" run down my front yard and most of my neighbors said they were too old to try it. Well my brother-in-law and myself out lasted the kids and we had a blast! Age is only a state of mind. You guys are my inspiration and I will keep being a loud, imature, crazy overgrown adolesant until they put me under! Life's good, enjoy it while it last!

          Am home recuperating, still hurts but the pain level is about a third of what it was. I'm only allowed to pick 5#, can't bend over, can't drive. etc. etc.

       Rob you're just getting warmed up for the fun to follow. All the stuff you thought you were getting away with, catches up while you're not looking. Getting old is a pain in the ass.        Better than the other option.

You reminded me of a quote from a good friend, who is OLD.  He graduated a year before I did.  He says, "if I'd known I was going to last this long, I'd have taken better care of myself".  You still have time, my friend.  That friend and I both started drag racing at the same time, and we are both still at it.  Difference is, he now lets his grandsons drive the car, except for an occasional blast, but I still drive my own car.  Wonder if that is an omen, in another year I'll have a grandson with a driver's license.

Well for me it not thaaaaat far away, only about 15 years as I just turned 40. Now I don't consider myself old (mentally I just turned 12:blink but I will admit how much has changed in 15 years. I used to be able to party round the clock, now it takes me a week to recover, I used to think I was strong as a bull and now I'll feeling the effects of some of the stupid things I used to try myself without asking for help. I guess the old cliche is true about "if I only new then, what I know now"! Oh well I had fun and still am having fun, it just hurts a little more!
