The set of 113 heads I recently acquired were the same way, one had been milled approx. .005 and the other not at all. I plan to have the intake seats installed and put in stainless intakes, then will cc the chambers and mill according to discrepancies found in chamber size. Cant ever seem to remember the exact formula, but 1 cc less chamber size for each .005 removed is close.
