I have two sets of y-block, dual exhaust manifolds. I wanted to use one of them on a 61 uni with a 292 ,and was wondering what info you can give me on them,if any.The steering box will not be an issue.

the first set is  ECH-9430-A,and ECH-9431-A.

They are fairly thin in stature and it appears they point directly behind the clutch z bar, but have heard they can be swaped side for side so the exhaust can be routed from the front of the motor, to avoid any potential problem.

I just bought a great set from Charlie Burns,

this second set is B9AE-9430-A and EDB-9431-B.

There is a big difference in part numbers. I believe they would provide much better flow

These are flat topped, much fatter in stature, but there appears to be little other difference in shape or stance to the first set. I believe these can be swapped side for side as well.

Could anyone give me any info on these. I really dont want to put in headers.

john
