I'm in the process of putting a Mustang T-5 behind my 292 Y-Block in my 63 F100 Uni. I had John Mummert modify my truck 3 speed bell housing and bought his throughout bearing. I was operating under the assumption that I would use the 292 flywheel and bell housing and use an appropriate Mustang clutch disc in order to fit the T-5 spline. I started searching for the parts online and now I am really frustrated and confused.

I guess my questions are:

1. Can I use the Y-block pressure plate which measures 11"? (I'm assuming mine needs replacing) and want to do so while I have the engine/tranny out. Or do I need to use a Mustang pressure plate and have my old flywheel re-drilled?

2. And, if I can use my Y-block PP, will I be able find a Mustang 11" clutch disc? If so can someone point me to a source?

3. I was under the impression that you could buy a clutch disc and pressure plate separately, but all the one's I find are in a "kit", which runs the cost up considerably.

Can anyone help me out here? Thanks in advance.
