We have all met this guy or his inbred cousin at some time and yes he definitely is a moron.
I usually refer to these people as WANNABE's, pronounced won-a-bee.
They know diddly squat and will probably walk away saying that his Dad had a Chevy just like it.
Avoid them at all cost.
