GREENBIRD56 (12/18/2010) Just counting quickly on your fingers though....
T-Bird valve covers.....$??? ($275)
Looks like maybe a real "ECJ" LH exhaust manifold .....$??? ($100) RH = EDB? = $60
Ever popular Holley 4150base intake manifold .....$??? ($100)
Tach Drive dizzy......$??? With single vac pot?
What is the block and rotating assembly worth?I hear what steve is sayin' and I see the dizzies in the neighborhood of 450-600 whether that's fair or not. One thing I was curious about but didn't check was if it had a genny tbird pan. If so, add another 400 to Steves tally. And dare i say probably worth it. I'm just glad I don't need to buy another one!

I like the low mileage thermostat housing, without a bypass tube. Also it would be a good bet that the carb is a 1.12 FE carb. Looks like it just came out of the surplus pile.

I remember that 4 barrel depression well.It got so bad that we had to resort to using 3 0r 4 and sometimes 6 2 barrels to keep everything going.

That block could be a 312. Whatever it is, it is not a real '56 Tbird motor. The only part I see that looks Tbird is the distributor.
