I need some advice....

My truck is a 1964 Ford 3/4 ton with the 292 all stock engine.  I'm not sure what gear ratio is in the rear diff. but it winds up good at 60mph, I cannot remember what Ford used 4:10's or 4:11's.  My truck sits a little higher than other 3/4 ton's of the same vintage.  I noticed it has 13 leaf springs in the rear and somebody added air shocks.  This truck can haul a load!!  The previous owner used it to haul a camper.

Here is what I'm getting at.  Will this engine handle a 20 foot gooseneck flatbed trailer?? What modifications may I make to the engine to handle the load?? The engine runs good and the truck is in great shape.  (You may see a picture of the truck by clicking on the link below.).

I can really use some advice on this one, thanks....
