My horn will honk once and then it blows the fuse. I removed the steering horn ring and could only find some black stuff on the inside of the horn ring where it attaches to the steering wheel, that black stuff was like a sticky felt material but it didn't completely cover the chrome of the horn ring..is this a problem?  The wire and little collar seem to be fine but not real sure. Does anyone have any ideas. horn relay is new (which doesn't mean much). Looking for ideas.
