Putting the finishing touches on a rebuilt 312 bored .060 over but  else everything is stock. Just wondering what is the expected torque to turn the engine over in the rebuild stand. Seems a little tight when I adjusted the valves on the test stand. No spark plugs in holes. Is there a torque spec. for this.
