I want to install a 57? 312/4bbl from a T-bird into a 58 f-100 w/ 292/2 bbl. My question is will the 292 timing cover assm fit onto the 312 ? The 292 cover has the extra casting on it for the front style motor mount, were the 312 does not... I would assume if possible I would still use to single sheeve none dampened crank pulley is this correct ? I would also like to swap oil pans between the two, will they interchange ?

I have looked up the gasket sets, and they are the same part #'s as far as I can tell..
