I'll agree with that!

I have bolted my 292/E4OD together and took it apart so many times that I wouldn't even think of doing again it without having the engine out and sitting on a pallet etc!! I still need to fabricate the cross piece!

Lot of variables depending on what motor you have and what transmission your AOD is replacing.

Other than grinding the transmission case for starter clearence it shouldn't be any different than changing a transmission. You will have to fab up a transmission mount and drive shaft. Chuck

I just got my Bendtsen kit to install AOD/ I pick up trans wed /my ? is can installed be done with out pulling engine ?
