There must some old framer tricks out there for getting rings working again,motor runs but I think rings are stuck in pistons*** on a few cly.?I remeber guys puting Comet down carb to reset old rings,and puring water in slowly when running to brake carben out,but I'm talking about maybe soocking or some that may get rings moving again with out taking it apart[ya farmer style],I got two other Y-s to rebuild later any way,the right way with new parts ,but just time &$.
I know best is do a rebuild on the other Y,but hay I'd like to try something?
