Guys, need to install new channel in my rear quarters which currently has the glass in, but not the channels. (56 tudor sedan) and also replace the ones in my front windows because the shop that installed the stainless beaded one jacked it up and it looks like chit. So I bought some universal stuff that a rodder buddy recommended I get but he is to busy at the moment to help with the install. It doesnt have clips on it, and its not beaded, which is what I wanted. If anyone is interested its a good deal on it here fyi

Trying to decide should I glue it, adhesive it, screw it, or what. Never installed any before.

Should the front window just be bent through the curve, or cut and made into 2 pieces?

Any issues installing the quarters with the glass in place, or should I remove it?

Also, speaking of the qtr glass, the shop installed it when I had it painted. I dont have the trim pieces or channel installed around the windows yet which I know will help hold everything in place, but the qtr glass has a lot of play in it. Meaning when the window is rolled up all the way it literally flops in and out about 3". I have it held in place with some sticks so it doesnt shift around, but is that normal. I just wondering if I should start over with it while the inside is gutted and maybe check/replace rollers to, cause I am sure they didnt.
