It has been a while since I posted. The last time here I was looking for a ford-o-matic transmission for my '56 Parklane. In that process, I met Jerry Christenson here in Minnesota. Jerry (and many of the postings here) have caused me to rethink transmission choices and I appear headed to a C4 installation.

Jerry puts floor shifters in the cars he converts. I would like to keep the column shift on mine. How does one get the column shift to work with its PRNDL positions with the C4 that has more choices?
