Pulled my 2 bbl 2300 carb due to a dirt problem. Instructions on kit say that with the "throttle wide open" there should be .015 clearance between the operating arm & the accelerator pump arm.( illustrated) Even with the contact spring fully compressed, there is no clearance. The operating arm seemed to be bent down some, so I carefully bent it up a bit. Still no clearance. Am I missing something in the instructions?! Any info appreciated...
