ok you guys you better sit down im going to ask a question

today we took the mainline for a drive to a place called jan juc about 20mins from geelong when taking of from an intersection the auto would slip a little its been doing it when hot lately so i was thinking its time to adjust the bands it will do it in 1st as well, i shut it of for about 10mins at jan juc while we picked up a filing cabinet all the way back to geelong it never slipped once so now im thinking its not bands maybe sticking valves what do you guys think ?

Moz:

If it slips in the foward gears, but not in reverse, it may be that the forward clutch is slipping.  This could be because the plates are worn out, or a shaft seal is worn out and leaking fluid pressure to the clutch.  I assume you've checked the fluid level.

Moz:

You want me to say the screen needs cleaning, but that is a remote possibility.  In reality, you are probably looking at an overhaul.  It is possible that when the seal was replaced the converter was not seated properly in the front pump and damaged the pump.  Don't ask me how I know this.

This post reminds me of a guy who complained his springs squeeked when he turned into a particular McDonalds.Simple solution-dont turn into McDonalds.Try Harvey's instead. No more squeek.
