I was thinking the "POWER KING" outfit might be fun.......292 block / 312 crank / .100 over pistons / Isky mixer / fuel injection under the air cleaner / blue bottle tucked a way. Just a 130 HP farm truck don't you know...... I like your kind of thinking....I'm actually have a "loose" plan for a 318 stroker kit, porting the set of 113 heads I have, a cam and probably one of Mummert's intakes. And yes EFI(carb style) has crossed my mind more than once. But I'll be staying away from the giggle gas.

According to Mac's catalog what you want is a "DF70" Vlave cover decal for a '55 272 V8 - $10.95 That part number is for the "Ford V8" decals. I'm looking for the "Thunderbird V8" decals. Since this motor is out of a '56 club sedan thunderbird edition.
