Thanks for posting the pictures. Great looking piece! It’s always nice to see those parts that are being hand crafted for our rides.

did a little more today! Made one hole offset 5' so that the pulley can be marked for tdc and never mixed up. Also got this plate the other day off a mate of mine. This is probably more special to me than the manifold it will be bolted to.

Still have to machine the bolt up holes and the keyway. But this is how they look together.
also had a start on polishing those wheels, might not even chrome them for now! only because my wallet is hurting from being out of my pocket so much lately!

Doing some investigation I felt i could sneak in a extra belt behind the standard pulley so I'll use the add on pulley for another y block project down the track.... For now I Turned this into this Crank drive. Then made this look a little more useful like this

Been flat out working on this thing! Sorry about the slow updates been posting on the hamb cause my new iphone has an application for it... the ladder bars are all in floor has been cut and shut. All the blower parts are on their way from the states. And I just ordered a pair of hurst pie crusts and let me tell you, Cody has been top notch for service and advice, only drama is my 15x8.5 American racing wheels won't work with the 7" wide tyres that are coming. So went to work searching my backyard..... Come up with a pair of 58 customline wheels for centers and a pair of 62 Buick 6.5" wide rims for the outers. They have the sexy smooth taper on the reverse side, can't put that to waste so reversed it'll be! Gotta trim the od of the centers to fit. Do that on the lathe tomorrow, and polish them ready for chrome. Anyway here's some pics. and no the cragars won't be on there too long!

Bill, I'm still trying to source a Crager style blower intake. In the meantime I will probably just put a 1/2" thick aluminum plate on top of a 4 barrell manifold. I'll post some more questions once I get to the actual fitting part. Chuck
Y's guys rule! Looking for McCullouch VS57 brackets and parts. Also looking for 28 Chrysler series 72 parts. And early Hemi parts.
