I just went and bought a triple grooved water pump pulley http://www.ebay.com/itm/270994384415?item=270994384415&viewitem=&vxp=mtr# on EBay and bought a double grooved alternator pulley from a local shop ($8 installed!!!). I'm hoping I can fix the alignment issue and the common "squealing" problem.

I've already aligned it as best I can, but I still get squealing when the compressor engages. The voltage is okay, but once it's in drive and the RPMS drop, so does the voltage.

I guess many guys have the same problem from the kit (Squealing). Everyone is saying it's caused by running the ONE belt to run ALL of the accessories. I'm hoping I can use one of the extra 2 grooves on the water pump to either run the alternator or compressor separately.

I'll get pics and keep everyone informed. I just wanted to start this thread so I can hopeully fix this problem with a and finally create a "sure-fire fix", once and for all Wink
